Authorities said officers were dispatched at approximately 11:09 a.m. to the 700 block of North Industrial Boulevard after receiving reports of a serious collision. When emergency responders arrived at the scene, they confirmed that a juvenile male had sustained fatal injuries.

The victim was later identified by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office as Levi James Mott. Officials confirmed that the crash involved a motorcycle and a commercial tractor-trailer, though the exact circumstances leading up to the collision have not yet been determined.

Investigators with the Euless Police Department, along with members of the regional CRASH Investigation Team, were called in to assist with reconstructing the scene and gathering evidence.
